Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing and/or submitting sites to vfunk.com you agree to the following terms.

VFunk Directory provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated from time to time without notice. You are encouraged to check back frequently, as our Terms of Service may change.


Description of Services

VFunk is a (spam free) professional human edited global dance music directory that provides an organized structure of human reviewed dance music industry & urban lifestyle directory listings. Vfunk offers free inclusion, paid inclusion, and sponsorship opportunities.

Privacy Policy

Email address and certain other information about your site is used only as a contact medium for the vfunk directory editors. Your information is not passed on to anyone else (third parties) and all information is only used between VFunk directory editors and webmasters of submitted sites.


Submission Payments

Directory submissions are reviewed by an human editor for inclusion into the VFunk directory. By submitting a URL you acknowledge that the submission payment is for consideration of that URL for inclusion into vfunk, and in no way does payment or acceptance of payment guarantee inclusion in the VFunk dance music directory. Submission payment is non-refundable.


Minimum Site Listing Criteria

VFunk directory editors will not accept the following:

1. Sites not directly relating to dance music or urban lifestyle
2. Sites that have affiliate referrer ID's attached to the URL;
3. Site must not contain any parts under construction;
4. Sites must be in the English language (or have an English version available);
5. Site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
6. Sites that have no google page rank (Gray Bar);
7. Sites that use redirects to another URL;
8. Sites that include, constitute, or promote illegal content;
9. No sites containing content such as; gambling, drugs, warfare, terrorism, porn or illegal activity;
10. Sites that are "mirror sites." "Mirror sites" contain identical content, but different URL's
11. Sites that contain mainly affiliate links or are doorways sites to e-commerce affiliates.
12. Sites considered poor quality by the reviewing editor;

NOTE: If your URL is found to be ineligible for listing, it will be deleted from the index and NO refund issued.

Removing & Editing Listings

VFunk directory editors reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your directory listing (or any part thereof) with or without notice. This includes submission titles, descriptions and keywords. VFunk editors reserve the right to move a submission from one category to another as the editorial staff sees fit. You agree that VFunk directory shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of your directory listing.

Use of Service

You agree that you will not use the vfunk directory information obtained through the service (including without limitation, directory or event listings):

1. For incorporation into a commercial product or service.
2. To download directory listings, category structure or other information by using any type of automated or manual means.
3. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

All Material found on this site including directory category structure, site listings, and descriptions may not be used or reproduced in any way for any use without express written consent of vfunk.com - We actively pursue any breaches of copyright.
